Cork Builders Providers Click & Collect

Stock is not secured until your order is placed and confirmed.

For orders placed before 1pm on ‘in-stock’ items same day collection applies. However, there are some instances where collection can take longer. If this is the case, your collection branch will contact you and let you know.

Please note that Extended Lead Time Products can be ordered for delivery or collection. However in these cases, an extended lead time applies. Your Cork Builders Providers customer service agent will contact you once you have placed the order to provide an estimate of the lead time that will apply.

 

 

How it works? 

 

With our Click & Collect service you can buy products online and collect at selected Cork Builders Providers branches. 

 

  • Select your products and collection branch - choose the products you need and add them to your basket by selecting 'Add to Basket' and then choosing 'Click & Collect' when on your "Basket" page. You can select the branch you would lilke to collect from on this page.
  • Pay for your order - when you're ready to complete your order, select "Your Basket", and then choose check-out for Delivery or Click & Collect. Credit account holders can charge orders to their account or Trade Cash accounts can use a credit or debit card to complete their transaction. Once your order has been complete you will recieve a unique order reference number and order confirmation email. 
  • Collect your order-  after your order has been picked and prepared, you will receive a SMS to confirm your order is ready for collection and you should proceed to the branch to collect. When you arrive in branch, please proceed to the dedicated Click & Collect area where a member of the team will help to service your order.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation email to hand.

How long will my order be held in store? 

Answer:

Within 24 hours of a customer not collecting their order we will be in touch to confirm you are still collecting the order. If goods remain un-collected after 3 days, we will cancel your order and process a refund for the cost of the goods. This may take up to 14 days.

 When will my order be ready to collect? 

Answer:

Once we have prepared and picked your order you will recieve a SMS confirming your order is ready for collection.

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
